FieldIntel's standard evidence model — photos, location, time — is enough for day-to-day oversight. But some decisions carry more weight: a disbursement, a milestone certification, a programme review. For those, the question changes from 'what did the team report?' to 'who confirmed it?'

Verified is a report status earned through independent confirmation, carried out through InfraPro's accredited network — separate from your team, your contractors, and anyone with a stake in the answer. It can include checks on the ground where the programme requires it. A verified report keeps its status permanently, in your dashboard and your exports.

Verification only means something if the party being monitored cannot control the instrument. Verified arrangements are configured and operated by InfraPro, not by the organisation being monitored. That separation is deliberate, and it is permanent.
