FieldIntel Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the FieldIntel Terms of Service. It exists to keep FieldIntel what it is built to be: a transparent workplace reporting tool.

1. Lawful use only.

Use FieldIntel only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws that apply to your organisation and your users, wherever they operate.

2. Reporting, not surveillance.

FieldIntel is for work reporting by people who know they are reporting. You must not use it to monitor, track or collect data about individuals outside a legitimate work context, or covertly. Your field reporters must know their submissions and WhatsApp numbers are processed through the platform.

3. Honest content.

Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or content you have no right to submit. Evidence labels in FieldIntel describe how a report was captured; deliberately manufacturing or misrepresenting evidence is a violation of this policy.

4. Respect the platform.

Do not interfere with the operation or security of FieldIntel; probe, scan or test its vulnerabilities without written permission; attempt to access other organisations' data; resell or share access outside your organisation; or use automated means to extract data at scale.

5. Respect the channel.

FieldIntel runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Do not use it to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or anything that violates WhatsApp's own terms — abuse of the channel endangers the service for everyone.

6. No competing use.

Do not use FieldIntel, or information obtained through it, to build or assist a substantially similar competing product.

7. Enforcement.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and where appropriate notify authorities, in response to violations of this policy — as set out in the Terms of Service. Report suspected abuse to contact@infraprosl.com.
